Tips: do you have smelly feet?

Your foot has almost three million sweat glands in them, and when they are stuffed into pair of socks and then cramped into a pair of shoes the entire day, you will release a smelly disaster!

Most people produce about a gallon of sweat each week and thus making your feet a perfect environment for bacterial growth. Men who wear construction boots and sneakers on daily basis are one of those easiest victims.

The solution is pretty simple. Wash your feet with a strong antibacterial soap and dry with a clean towerl thoroughly. Do this on every day basis. The antibacterial properties will banish bacterial growth and will discourage the odour to appear in the first place.

It also helps for you to wear a clean pair of absorbent cotton socks. Spray your feet with a natural antiperspirant or foot deodorants and sprinkle with some talc or foot powder, as directed, into your shoes. Another useful tip is to alternate wearing your shoes. In severe cases, wash feet in green tea and dry with clean towel.
